"In and out real quick" I highly recommend Vinh and Sutherlin Nissan. Vinh is great to work with. And they have the best bang for your buck! They worked with us until we felt comfortable.

"A very long day" I had an appointment at 10:30 with Michael Keen. I used your recommendation for replacing my windshield with Todd at Glass Pro. I met him there at 9:15. He said it would be an hour. It was 2 hours. I got my car back at 11:15. I met Michael and started the process. He was great! He was overwhelmed with work and did everything right. My car sat outside until 12:49. Once the work was done it was 4:00PM. The work was front / back breaks, tire rotation and replace the drive belt. The only issue I have is it took... read more
"Michael Keen was spectacular " Pick Michael Keen as your service advisor. He was awesome and courteous. He set the right expectations and delivered as promised. I would recommend him to anyone.
"Vehicle purchase" Had to trade in 2006 Pathfinder. Got a 2018 Pathfinder. First price was not the one I saw on line. Had to push for that price.
"Service with Care." The service attendant, Sherry was very thoughtful and listened to our concerns about the way our vehicle was driving. Sorry to say that they were not able to duplicate the problem and the computer was giving them no help, however they tried their best to find the problem and ease our pain. After several tries and much down time, we traded in the 2006 Pathfinder for a 2018 model. It gave us 13 years of great service, guess it was tired and wanted to retire.
"Returning customer" First let me say that Juan was extremely courteous and helpful. We had a scheduled appointment but the needed parts were not ordered and/or ready. Juan informed me of the problem and the hour delay to start on our van. It would hav even nice if all of the needed items for an oil change had been ordered and ready ahead of time but Juan made sure we knew and as soon as the parts arrived we were handled quickly.
"All good" Sherry takes care of her clients! Everything was handled, and she advises possible needs and gains approval before proceeding. The work was done quickly and well.
