"Returning customer" First let me say that Juan was extremely courteous and helpful. We had a scheduled appointment but the needed parts were not ordered and/or ready. Juan informed me of the problem and the hour delay to start on our van. It would hav even nice if all of the needed items for an oil change had been ordered and ready ahead of time but Juan made sure we knew and as soon as the parts arrived we were handled quickly.
"All good" Sherry takes care of her clients! Everything was handled, and she advises possible needs and gains approval before proceeding. The work was done quickly and well.
"Case is the Best!" I’ve purchased 5 new trucks from Cass and he makes it effortless! great price and even better service. What else could you ask for.
