"Great Service" Great customer service and work. They were done way before their estimated time. Waiting room was great and friendly. I will return and have all my work done here
"Great Service Rep" I Will come back to Sutherlin Nissan for service and purchase. The wait is not long if you have an appointment. Saturdays are best for me to bring in my car.
"Service Rep Gary Was Very Helpful" Gary was helpful in getting issue resolved. I came in for an oil change but experienced a leak a few days later. I called and Gary got my issued resolved within 30 minutes of my arriving at the dealership. Thank you, Gary!
" Ew truck service " Will got are truck in very fast to get bracket for trailer plug fixed and check the nitrogen filled tires. Diego got us cargo nets for under the rear seats that was part of purchase of truck.
"Sutueylin" This firm is great in service. The service advisor Sherry Hosch and my mechanic are courteous helpful and professional. I trust them with all my auto repair needs I JUST WISH THAT THERE WERE FEWER SURVEYS!!!! Very tempting to disregard.
"Excellent service as same as many times before. " The service was very easy to schedule, then then Sherry ensured that it was a great experience! I always recommend to friends to ask for Sherry for the best service.
"Very good " Overall experience was great. I was able to make a same day appointment for my recall and they took me in told me it will be ready in 4 hours and was ready in 3. They even washed my car for free and everyone was nice especially Grace who was the one who helped me out .
"Purchase of vehicle " Dawayne Burton was excellent, went over and beyond to help us to get a vehicle. Andrey was great as well. Great dealership, would recommend in the future
"Great" I live over 50 miles from this dealership (and probably drive by at least 3 other Nissan dealers) but chose to continue using them for service because the experience is typically very good. My service rep, Grace, is excellent and I will continue to request her specifically for assistance.
