"Excellent Service" We were a little skeptical about continuing to get our car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan due to the fact that our go to person is no longer working there. We walked into the service department and waited for a bit before someone finally noticed us. Mr. Keen was with a customer and once he finished, he asked if we had been helped. "Always Great Service and Customer accomodation with Grace!!" Grace always takes care of me when I bring my car in for service. Excellent Service always!! She's always very polite and personable. If there are any other problems with my car, other than what I brought it in for, she makes sure she explains in detail what it is.
