Needed service is explained thoroughly. Even with an appointment in advance, it sometimes seems service takes a bit more time than necessary. However, Delfi, my service rep, is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had two Recall appointments with the MOG Nissan dealership. Both Service Reps handled the transaction efficiently and were accurate and on time with repairs. They offered more services, but didn't pressure me to buy, Thank you for a job well done.
Fast and quality service on my Nissan Rogue. Too bad I was too late in the day for the complimentary car wash.
