The service was done efficiently and my car has been running better since the visit. I was also able to work in the waiting room and for that I am very appreciative.

The cost of service at the dealership is expensive, especially when compared to local mechanics. Some things just require the dealership service center. On my last visit, I came in because I received a coupon from the service center for a complimentary oil change. Despite having the same car since 2009, the service dept. could not honor their own coupon because of a VIN number. Why was I mailed a coupon that they couldn't honor? The people were friendly, but the salesperson seemed to be dismissive or not as knowledgeable as I thought he would regarding the vehicle I purchased.
My Service Advisor, Delpi Becerra is very helpful and always takes care of all my Nissan Xterra services. He always takes care and provided answers to my Xterra's service-related questions and quotes. Delpi handles himself and communicates professionally.... a treat his customers with respect. Thank you Delpi! The Cashier department help me out on last visit to reconcile the discrepancy on my Nissan One-To-One account and it was taken care off right away....Thank you!!

I have purchased 3 Nissan Frontiers from this dealership and it’s the only dealership I will do business with. Great sales team that don’t pressure you, an amazing service department that don’t oversell you stuff you don’t need.
