Grace deserves more than 5 stars. I've had the pleasure of working with her on numerous occasions. She always greets me with a smile (and the other customers as well). She is kind and keeps me informed of all of the steps in the process. She is very thorough, professional, and a great asset to your company.
The service and parts contacts were knowledgeable and friendly people. The service was quick as well.
Kristen was my service representative. She was extremely helpful and she was a great communicator.

This was the best experience I've ever had when buying a new vehicle. Weis Naderi greeted us at the door. Charlie Gilchrist did our test drive with us. Mr. Kim finished up with the financing. All was done before sunset. Sutherlin Nissan is the dealership to go for the best service. My sister was very impressed.
