Communications were prompt and completion was fast. Being able to complete docs through email and doc-sign was easy. Although you have to be fairly knowledgeable with computers to do this. Can’t comment on “in office” experience because this was all done online. Notary was efficient, on time, and knew what she was doing. This was my second refinance with Suzanna. Highly recommend her.
