Suzanna is very personable and quick with responding to questions, task to be done, and problems that occur. An issue we had with Suzanna and the network of companies she works with is the accountability if a problem/mistake is made that they are responsible for. Many companies are involved so the chance of a problem/mistake is higher, how it is handled if it does occur makes all the difference.
