Thais is fabulous! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, savvy and honest in her approach. She helped us through the ups and downs of finding our home and we are forever grateful!
I had no idea what I was doing as a first-time homebuyer, and Thais was recommended to me by my mortgage lender. I instantly knew I had found someone who understood me and what I was looking for (even when maybe I didn't). She checked in with me weekly for my thoughts about properties I had seen and was able to help me assess the pros and cons of each. She was also invaluable in helping me understand the closing process and all the steps that were involved.
Thais is very knowledgeable and reliable. She goes above and beyond your expectations of a realtor. She is patient and truly cares about finding the home her clients want/need. However, she is persistent and aggressive when needed to get the deal done. I highly recommend using Thais to find your ideal home.
