We first met Suzanne in 2011 as first time home buyers. We had worked with another agent but didn't feel that that agent understood our style or what we were looking for. Jessica was essential in walking us through the process of buying our first home. My husband and I appreciated her candid professionalism ; we always felt she was very honest. She has a great team working with her so even when she wasn't available she always had a capable partner, Nicole, that we could call. She was also great emotional support when we were dealing with difficult sellers. She was very knowledgeable and hooked me up with lawyers and all the resources and paperwork I needed. 5 stars!

Nicole and Jess were very good throughout the entire purchase process. Right from Identifying the property through the closing process they were very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.
