Suzanne Morton is a forward and creative thinker. She kept me posted all the way through the process and made herself available whenever I needed her. Her team was fabulous and they worked together to make certain I got what I needed in a timely fashion. The time line she gave me on day one was exactly the time frame it took to get my mortgage. In this climate where financing is difficult, Suzanne made it easy.

I dealt with Tiffany who went out of her way to get necessary information. Kudos to her. She worked well with Susanne. Suzanne was a good team member. As a team they were professional and tried to efficiently get approval. The process took far too long. I believe everyone should sit down and try to make it more efficient. It is very frustrating. Support in form of more or better standards for underwriting must be initiated
