If you are shopping around for the right mortgage company to work with- you can stop right here. It was our 1st home purchase and because of Suzanne it was super smooth and stressfree! Suzanne and her team were Phenomenal! Hands down. I will save you the trouble of shopping around as I actually did all the research for you and I must have went through 75 different places to find Suzanne.
