More communication from Suzanne. Settlement statement was quite a bit over estimate and I had to move more money at the last minute. Nobody explained explained the requirement of wind mitigation was my responsibility. I didn't even know what that meant so that was a scramble for me to figure out and to get in place.

Suzanne took 8+ weeks to get my mortgage commitment. Her brokers fees came in at least 25% higher than quoted. She convinced me not to go with a VA mortgage (She has ability to sell these) which is at least 50 basis points less costing me about $40,500 over the life of my loan. Her office repeatedly misplaced documents that I provided and requested some documents from me three times. I believe info requests from her and that provided information repeatedly sat with her before being processed.

When we started our process with Suzanne we immediately noticed that we are on the right track From a static position that we were only waiting Starting working with Suzanne we immediately became proactive and thing got done!
