stay away from these guys. They are a dishonest as they come.***** comes and gives me a quote and goes over everything the electrician I fired did wrong. I agree and he says h*** be back tomorrow and if I give him a 5 star review h*** knock over 10%.Later I leave him a 5 star review. ***** never showed up, some other guy came did less then half the work I was told was needed and thats it, want same amount. Purchased a brand new unit on Monday, August 11th. The next day, it was not working. They have been out three times and it's still not working. We were told it was a faulty manufacturing part. We have lost an entire weekend of not being able to enjoy our home upstairs. No senior manager has called us back. Lots of run around.
On May 09, 2025, ********* ***** came to my house about my HVAC unit. he told me that my unit had not freon in it. He stated that he needed to add 7lbs of freon before he could check for leaks. I ask why so much freon and he stated that it needed to go through the system first. Me not being knowledgeable of the process, trust the tech because of he reviews.
