Even though the amount of work required and the quote was well more than I expected ( but no reflection on Swans!), our experience was PREMIUM service and performance. **** was very professional and knowledgeable. He hit all the points a customer would expect from allowing me to welcome him into our home before stepping in, and covering his boots to protect our flooring. None of that was lost on me. I really appreciated the 'white glove' treatment he gave us. We would highly recommend.
