I purchased the compression shorts because my S.I. Joint and right hip were causing mobility issues especially during my daily workouts. After wearing them for just the first 5 days, my pain had subsided greatly! I highly recommend this company and product.!

The compression arm sleeve from Sweat it Out is far superior to other big name products out there. My son’s arm was swollen post Tommy John surgery and his PT recommended this product. Not only did his swelling significantly decrease after a day of wearing the sleeve, the owner of the company was local and delivered my order to my door, fitted the sleeve on my son and included an extra sized sleeve for my son to try. I have been wearing Sweat it Out Compression tights for at least 20 years. As I have aged, I have found it necessary to have more knee support, so I switched to the Thigh, Groin, Hip Support Capri with knee stabilizer. It has been a life-saver, allowing me at 82 years old to continue my 4.5 mile walk three days a week.
