I have been wearing Sweat it Out Compression tights for at least 20 years. As I have aged, I have found it necessary to have more knee support, so I switched to the Thigh, Groin, Hip Support Capri with knee stabilizer. It has been a life-saver, allowing me at 82 years old to continue my 4.5 mile walk three days a week. Best products a have every purchased. I wore the compression shorts at the Boston Marathon in April 18, 1994 on my 40th birthday. I'm 70, still wearing the "sweat it out" products today at "Hidden Valley Drive / Valley Green Inn" in Flourtown/Erdenhelm, Pa.
