As an athlete, my sports medicine doctor highly recommended the Sweat It Out products (shorts, knee pants, and full length) for my hamstring injury. Daily, I wear the compression shorts, and the maintenance ones during squash play. Finally, using these products I have been able to return to play and avoid injury. Especially, I like the excellent quality and healthy fabric as I have sensitive skin (eczema). I have tried other brands, but they did not support my muscles as well. Thank you! Roberto J.

After talking with Efraim, got exactly what I wanted and promptly. Wearing them , when I do my walk, my knees feel great plus as an added advantage, I believe my heart rate has been higher. I think it is the compression, making my legs work a bit harder. Thank you!
