Swezey Fuel oil always provides exceptional service. Their staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Many of them have gone above and beyond their job to help my elderly mother when she had a few oil burner issues. Very happy about the service provided by Joe G. on Nov. 6 and 7. He was able to diagnose the problem with my gas conversion burner, obtain assistance from other technicians, order the required parts, and return to fix the problem. The burner now works great, with no noise or high levels of CO. Thank you, Joe G. !
Joe did a good job adding a zone for my upstairs. He was very professional and courteous. Only problem I had was the circulators were not wired correctly in the end. But seemed fine while he was here. It wasn't till much later that two of the three zones got up to 74 degrees even though they were set to 69. I saw that they were bugged in with the original Line power and not to the C1 and C2 terminals on aqua stat on one and a missing jumper on the other. All is good now.
