Twice in a two week period I've found myself in the unfortunate position to call upon Swezey for help. Both times John C. was dispatched and arrived promptly at my house. The first incident was my basement becoming flooded when the hot water unit sprung a massive leak. John arrived promptly and was able to shut off the water and reduced the damage to the items stored in the basement. Today my wife found the house had no hot water. I had my boiler serviced by T.J. This is the second time I've worked with him. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. T.J. did not rush his work and was very thorough when doing the annual clean out. As my system was not working properly, he took the time to properly diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. He DOUBLE CHECKED to make sure that everything was working before wrapping up.
