Mr. John S. -28 was sent by Swezey Fuel for a whole day's job that included installed an additional TT 40 HART WATER TANK that use the hart water from the boiler to generate the 40 GL heat water enough for whole house use, and removed the leaking heating coil that was attached to the boiler, and also, performed the annual tune-up service. As a retired Boiler Inspector myself, I will judge this job is well done, John,s professional serve and courteous is appreciated.
Prompt arrival, completed completed the job quickly and satisfactorily and had a pleasant personality. Excellent job!!!!!!

Over a 5 week period, my family and I experienced difficulty with our hot water system. Each time we called Sweezy, the representatives were understanding and arranged for a technician to come the following day. All those that came to our home to fix the problem were pleasant and timely. In the end, the problem stemmed from a mechanical part that had a history of poor reliability. I appreciate the professionalism and continued relationship with Sweezy.
The Technician arrived at the appointment on time,quickly completed the service on the furnace, was very polite and professional.
Mike F was very efficient. He cleaned the oil burner and was very polite. Also I have to thank the crew who put in the ductless air in May, May 2. I love the air. It is wonderful
