He saw that the present "exhaust" required the technician each year to chip away concrete from the wall, clean the "exhaust" and re-concrete the "exhaust". He phoned for parts and came back a second time and did the work. Now each year the technical can clean the "exhaust" with chipping away and replacing concrete. John S. should be recognized by Swezey for excellent work.
Eddie and the Swezey team pulled off a miracle. They were able to get a huge new oil tank through a tiny door, around an awkward hallway and down a narrow stair into the basement. There were many obstacles but the team resolved every problem in a professional and no nonsense manner. They didn't give up and they made it work. Thank you!
