These people TOTALLY rock!! A few weeks ago our hot water heater quit working the morning of a day when we were having a house full of company for an evening gathering. Not only did they show up within a short time of me calling in desperation.....the fix was a bit of a challenge and they had to come a second time that day to accomplish it. Customer service like that is invaluable and I can HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need!!!

Be honest! In what world should it cost $250 dollars for a half hours work? Even with the company's overhead that is excessive. I was told on the phone they couldn't give me a price and when they came out I was told the set price for a garbage disposal install was that much. Why not tell me that before I hire you instead of telling me they couldn't give an estimate and would charge a $39 fee to come out and apply it toward the bill. I know why because I would have gone with someone else! They told me an outright lie!

Business response:

Hi Geri, Thanks for taking the time to leave a response. However, I think you have the wrong Swift Plumbing. We are based out of Kingston, Washington. It looks like you live in Detroit, Michigan. There must be another plumber in your area with a similar name.
