RecommendedAt first I was apprehensive because I was working with another resource company and the schools weren’t offering competitive compensation through Swing. Then it seems Swing changed some of their policies including compensation pay and bonus incentives. I love the schools that I had the chance to work at..plan on staying with them for as long as I can!
