they grossly misrepresented what sort of postings you will be offered. all the postings I was offered where a significant distance from my home and we're for small charter schools mostly kindergarten and the pay was roughly the same as I would get working at McDonald's. They didn't reveal all this until after I'd already gone through all the hoops to finish their application process entirely at my own expense.

RecommendedDon’t have to wait 4/6 weeks for a paycheck from the district. Notifications are in the form of text messages. I can respond and receive detailed information before choosing (instead of a phone call at six in the morning).
RecommendedElements I really like are: positive sub feedback and star sub status are both posted in ur profile pluse we have the ability to write and change our profile info. Elements that are less than ideal: you can't really call and get someone on the phone for support (email only and it can take days for a reply), don't like that gigs ur signed up for can be randomly cancelled, that you have to be super fast once a gig is posted to be the first to accept it. RecommendedI am making nowhere near what they say you can make I think they say you can make $5000 a month I make $2200 a month for eight months out of the year so it’s not a very good job if you need money
