We were recommended by Familia Dental because Sycamore Hills dentistry was supposed to be able to use sedation for my child. They were on a list of four dentists only two were in Fort Wayne one phone number did not work and the other one was Sycamore the other two 1 was in Anderson Indiana the other one was in Indianapolis Indiana. My son was operated on this past week they could not finish the operation because he “did not want him to be scarred or have a bad experience”. Very disappointed with our experience at this dental office. They make you pay everything ahead of time even if you have insurance. Then you get reimbursed if needed. The dentist office dropped our insurance mid-year and did not let us know even though we sat down with the front office girls each time to review services and payment. RecommendedBeautiful office setting. Was treated very nice for my first visit. Very thorough and thoughtful. I did miss getting a new toothbrush tho! I understand electric ones are great but being “old school” I still like my manual one! Liked that u offered care credit!
