This practice is great on your first visit and it will go down hill. My husband had an appointment canceled because he didn't pre-pay for services. Then, this morning I recieved a text stating that if I didn't confirm within 1 hour of the text being sent, then the appointment I have had set up since December was being canceled. They aren't able to keep up with their patient load which is why I waited 9 months for a routine exam. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Keep Punctual appointment times, or at least inform the patients WHY there is a lengthy delay
By telling the truth about the treatments you need and the cost! They totally mislead my husband and my self, and I know of others it has happened to also. I would never trust them again!
Family of 6 been to them multiple times. Great, friendly staff and dentist! Loved it and totally trusted them.....UNTIL...... Last night my son had a dental emergency and all I really wanted was a few questions answered and to see if I needed to take him to ER or Emergency Dentist. Left a message with Calling service saying I would hear back last night or this morning. That was 13 hours ago!!!! So apparently there is NO EMERGENCY or after hours help which is not something I thought about until now and with being a kid friend... read more

Absolutely Loved going there. Until I go in for a cleaning with a Throbbing tooth, waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be told oh come back In two weeks. Then told, oh we COULD HAVE looked more into today if u had more time. 30 minutes late on my appointment ? I did have more time I don't know if we'll be coming back.
