I am a current client of this provider I think they could have better communication keeping the clients informed about the patients being more attentive and doing things with her as opposed to just watching TV. I would like to see them improve on commutation it's one of the big things and the lead supervisor left last year and we weren't notified until a month later. Some caregivers are better than others and proactive and some just sit and watch TV.
