I am a past client of this provider The lady was very nice and friendly, and was not afraid of dogs. She did whatever my mom needed her to do. We had a misunderstanding while we were out of town where the person who was supposed to take care of my mom was rescheduled or something, and the person they sent out did not know what she was walking into. She could not get my mom up, and I had to have a friend come out to help. There was also some miscommunication about the price.
