I am a past client of this provider Once they come, it is good. The caregivers helped with his baths, and keeping his room clean. There was a lack of service. They could have made sure they had coverage, or informed you that there was no coverage. 

Business response:

Sorry for the occasional lack of service, somtimes rual areas are difficult to staff consistantly. We will do better!

I am a past client of this provider All the caregiver did was sit in a chair and look at me. They did not do anything to help me, and they provided poor services.

I am a current client of this provider He needs consistent, reliable workers that shouldn't spend time on their phone. They should do what they are asked and paid to do. They need to provide consistent, reliable workers.

I am a current client of this provider It takes a load off of me. They need to keep up what they have been doing. They should get organized in the front office. They have too many bosses in the office and no one knows what is going on.

I am a past client of this provider They did not hire anybody to interact or do anything. It was more of a headache. I had a dog. They put down that I had a dog, but one of the ladies would not step a foot in the house. Alicia called and apologized that it was her fault, but it said on my files that I have a dog.

I am a current client of this provider My father has actually declined significantly since using them. I need them to do what I contracted them to do, which was to have a consistent caregiver trained in dementia. If they can't do what I request, I need them to be up front with me about it. They need to actually have someone that is trained in dementia care like they said they did. They also need to have consistent caregivers, which is what I requested. They need to show up on time.
