I am a current client of this provider My husband doesn't like it but it's great for me because I can get out of the house. I would tell them that they're very nice and polite.

I am a past client of this provider He fell and cracked his hip and he couldn't move, then I hurt my back, then the aide came in and helped him get up and get in the shower. She had shaved him. I told them that the communication was good, the people were very nice, and they did all they could to do the services.

I am a current client of this provider Considering his condition, I think they are doing as much as they can. So far they have been pretty good. The caregiver I have now I like pretty well.

I am a current client of this provider It keeps me going. I just got out of the hospital, so I need all the help I can get. I would definitely recommend them. They just do what I ask them to, and do it well.

I am a current client of this provider I don't have any specific reason. We only use someone two days a week. The caretakers are very nice.

I am a current client of this provider They just don't organize or communicate. I have had discussions with their local office about how I do not feel like their office is consistent. They don't tell me until the night before or early that morning that they need to send us someone else. I was supposed to have a meeting yesterday, and they never showed up. They are not the best communicators. They seem to be a little understaffed, and overall they are not as organized as they need to be.

I am a current client of this provider My husband is 87, and he cannot be left alone. He needs help with his daily living so it has been a great help for me. They have been a very professional agency to work with.

I am a past client of this provider The problem is that I had two people. One was super energetic, fantastic, and over the top. The other person just came. There was one person who came who's attitude was so positive and helpful that she really helped me with my emotional well-being, and that helped me to get physically well.
