I am a current client of this provider The agency has helped me most by working with me until they found the person that fit with me. I like this agency because they worked with my schedule and when the first two people I had didn't help me much, the third one they found has been excellent.

I am a current client of this provider My husband is 92 and we just need the extra help, and it was recommended by a friend and it's been good. We have received very good care from them.

I am a current client of this provider Well, recently we've had the same person, but sometimes we have several caregivers come out, and it wasn't the best. They need better-trained people who want to do caregiver work; they were not trained and acted like they did not want to do the work.

I am a current client of this provider I'm not sure what the caregivers are supposed to be doing. The current caregiver is not very good. The agency could have better training for their caregivers.

I am a current client of this provider They always have an available certified nursing assistant whenever we need it. They are attentive and try to do their best to get somebody if somebody calls out.

I am a past client of this provider I didn't have to worry about him and wonder if he had fallen. My biggest issue with SYNERGY is that the caregivers are random. I need a consistent caregiver.
