I am a current client of this provider It gives me more time to do things away from my husband, and I don't have to check in on my husband. Like walk the dog, check the mail, and go to the store. They have been quite responsive anytime we've needed some help.

I am a past client of this provider Our caregiver helped my mother go to the doctor and help take care of her while she was sick. The agency could improve its choosing process for caregivers. Our first was so-so and our second was amazing. I like that they are accommodating to quickly filling our needs when the schedule needs changes. They notified me when my mother went to urgent care and the caregiver went out of her way to make sure my mom was taken care of.

I am a current client of this provider They are able to bathe her properly. They are able to be here for 20 hours a week. If someone will be late, they will let us know ahead of time.

I am a current client of this provider I know she can use the help. It definitely helps with pretty much everything she needs done. The fact that they're willing to show up in 1-hour increments is good for me. They have been top notch. The level of communication and the scheduling are good, and they're very patient with my mom. I'm very comfortable with having them look after my mom.

I am a past client of this provider I didn't have to worry about him and wonder if he had fallen. My biggest issue with SYNERGY is that the caregivers are random. I need a consistent caregiver.
