I am a current client of this provider If it wasn't for Synergy I'd be in a bad place. They are the greatest! The aide is always on time and will always go the extra mile. She will do things that she doesn't have to do but she still does it.

I am a current client of this provider They keep my house normal and help me with everything. They do it with no questions asked. They're good people and do their jobs.

I am a current client of this provider It gives me the freedom to not worry as much about my mom, so that I can do my job. The people caring for my mom are really caring about her.

I am a current client of this provider They got some really good people to help. We have never had a bad one. I like everything about it. I can talk to Betty and I've been with her for quite a while.

I am a current client of this provider It is really amazing. The people are amazing when they come out. They take care of him so I can go to doctor appointments. They could let us know the schedule. They could let us know when the caregiver is coming in advance. Once they tell us the schedule, they shouldn't change it without calling us.

I am a current client of this provider The current caregiver goes above and beyond. We've had a lot of issues with the caregivers calling out and the caregivers not being replaced. The communication is not there.

I am a current client of this provider There are some times when my mom needs assistance with being fed and getting that help. Each caregiver varies in skills, and in my case, we receive services in the facility where my mom is. Some of the caregivers do not seem to adapt to the facility very well. They seem to want to work just one on one like they are in a home, and I have seen that some of them do not treat each client equally.

I am a past client of this provider She has dementia so the impact was limited due to that. I only had the limited experience before she was getting other care at rehab and in the hospital but when they arrived to take care of her they were always on time.
