I am a current client of this provider The people they sent in the beginning worked really well. As time goes on, they start slacking and running late. They will ask me to tell the company they are doing things for. They need to make sure the employees are following the rules. There has to be a way for them to follow up and see that their employees are coming on time. I am a current client of this provider When we need them, they are great. It is nice to know that they are there to watch over my grandmother. They could have more people that work for them.

I am a current client of this provider We are working on getting a couple of people in the home. They have been really responsive to us with what we need, and they try to accommodate us. We have had some changes, and they have been flexible.

I am a current client of this provider I can't walk, so the caregiver gets me what I need. They send out a caregiver that is friendly.

I am a current client of this provider It really helps me out a lot. They cook a meal for me. They help clean the house up a bit. They let you know what is going on, and they show up on time. Their scheduling is very good.

I am a current client of this provider They are able to be here so I can go out to get things done. It's quality care for my mother while I'm away. It's easy to schedule there, and they're available when I need them.

I am a current client of this provider I'm disabled and in a wheelchair. Some of the aides are great, and others are just terrible. They could be better with the communication. The office staff is very poor with that.

I am a past client of this provider I think that not all of the health care workers were able or willing to do the same things, and they were not on the same page. Some of them wouldn't do medication and one of them was late so another had to stay and cover. They were dependable with being there when they told you they would be, and they stayed the duration of the time and were able to do everything I asked.
