I am a current client of this provider I'm disabled and in a wheelchair. Some of the aides are great, and others are just terrible. They could be better with the communication. The office staff is very poor with that.

I am a current client of this provider They make my mother more comfortable. I would like them to be more dedicated.

I am a past client of this provider I think that not all of the health care workers were able or willing to do the same things, and they were not on the same page. Some of them wouldn't do medication and one of them was late so another had to stay and cover. They were dependable with being there when they told you they would be, and they stayed the duration of the time and were able to do everything I asked.

I am a past client of this provider My mother improved a lot; to the point where she can be on her own again. Sometimes we needed someone, and they would take four days to get someone available.

I am a current client of this provider They have helped the most by making sure my mother is cared for. I like that they are very reliable, and they send very good people. Whenever I need them, they are there.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver I have now is really good. Other caregivers would just sit there most of the day. I've had a problem with a few caregivers that didn't seem to know what they were doing. Right now, I have an excellent caregiver.

I am a current client of this provider The services take care of everyday needs and work at night, which is very helpful. They could improve by being more consistent with the caregivers that come.

I am a current client of this provider They have helped me the most with my laundry. I like that they are punctual and do whatever I ask them to do.

I am a current client of this provider They are doing very well. I don't need much. They are really dependable.
