I am a current client of this provider The services help her the most by bathing her really well. They do well at being on time, and do well with the care overall.

I am a current client of this provider My caregiver is very pleasant to have around and to help me. I would tell them my caregiver is pleasant and that I don't have to tell her what I like, and she knows how to do things and just goes ahead and does it.

I am a past client of this provider It got better as we communicated with each other. They need to improve the services they were supposed to provide. They kept changing caregivers, which made them upset and confused.

I am a current client of this provider I'm disabled also, so they kind of take care of the both of us. I like that they're on time.

I am a past client of this provider They were not able to find me a caregiver. They need to have enough caregivers to provide care continuously. In case a caregiver can't come, they should have a replacement.

I am a current client of this provider The caregivers have helped me take care of my husband in his current condition. The caregiver they selected for us is very good. She comes in when I need her, and she is here to help.

I am a current client of this provider They come twice a week and they help with what needs to be done. They have even given me some suggestions. I am learning from them. Whatever I need, we are getting help with. So far, I have had two different people. I have liked them very much and the job they do.

I am a current client of this provider She is just here to be available. She is here to talk to him and make sure he's okay. This is a special case. My dad hasn't needed a lot of care. She doesn't have to do much. She is always available.
