I am a current client of this provider They are very attentive to us and take care of things around the house. They allow us to keep a regular schedule in our daily life.

I am a current client of this provider I like how SYNERGY HomeCare gives good customer service to their clients. I also appreciate how in my experience, if my schedule changes, they will help me. SYNERGY HomeCare has made life easier for me because they help me do things I cannot do myself, like housekeeping.

I am a current client of this provider SYNERGY is local, they are experienced, and they have an organized staff. They are pleasant to work with. SYNERGY reduces some of the care that I was having to provide for myself.

I am a past client of this provider We had a wonderful experience with Synergy Home Care. Kimberly and her team were very accommodating. They did a fantastic job. They are extremely responsive and very easy to work with. They are definitely personable. The caregivers they provided were excellent. There were a couple of instances where one particular caregiver had her reason not to come one day and they worked with us to get someone in very quickly. I visited this facility I used them for 3 days. They did everything that I expected and more. They were very cooperative and very sweet. I'm very satisfied with them.

I am a past client of this provider The services could be improved by having better communication. There was no effort that I could see from them to get us another aide in. I would like to see the communication from the ownership and office staff improved.

I am a past client of this provider She would come and take my blood pressure and temperature, and I can do that myself. It got some people sent out here who didn't do anything. And they sent her home and I still had to pay her.

I am a current client of this provider They should get somebody that really wants to work and is not about them, it's about the client. They could work a little bit harder to get people to service their clients. They send people with some kind of consistency and really take their job serious. This back and forth and people not coming when they don't want to is just too much. I am very overwhelmed at this point.
