I am a current client of this provider They should get somebody that really wants to work and is not about them, it's about the client. They could work a little bit harder to get people to service their clients. They send people with some kind of consistency and really take their job serious. This back and forth and people not coming when they don't want to is just too much. I am very overwhelmed at this point. I am a past client of this provider The company needed to care. They could not have cared less. I would never recommend them. They need to improve customer service.

I am a current client of this provider They could help more by keeping his area clean and not waiting until the last minute to give him a bath. They need to be conscious of what they are doing. When they come in for an evaluation to make a list things we need done, the aide doesn't do any of those things on the list. Because of my husband's condition, he needs someone who is qualified and knows how to do the things he needs. He needs someone who is well trained.

I am a past client of this provider The caregiver didn't do the job he was supposed to do. He was supposed to help my loved one with bathing and he never did. He just talked on his cell phone and watched TV.
