I am a past client of this provider They could have been better at following through with their promises. They said they would train their caregiver, but they assigned a caregiver who has zero training or orientation, didn't even know the name of the client, and had never worked for the agency before. I only got 2 hours' notice that the caregiver was coming and I had to train her. They should improve the training of the caregivers.

Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to me as the owner of this company. In our weekly meetings we discuss each family we are working with and the Caregivers assigned. We make the best match possible and always introduce Caregivers in person. I am a past client of this provider They needed to make sure they sent caregivers that were helpful. The caregivers didn't know what they were doing. They need to be trained.

I can assure you that we do extensive training with our Caregiver team as is required by the State of Illinois. Training is conducted in the office and at home if needed. I am a past client of this provider It was terrible service. They need better providers. They need to have higher-quality caregivers. When the caregiver was introduced to me as one of the best ones they had in our area. It wasn't a good representation of their best.

I am a past client of this provider We had to come home early because the caregiver gave up. They could have provided us a better caregiver. The manager visited and said that they sent their best caregiver.
