I am a current client of this provider We interviewed three agencies to provide in-home care for our elderly uncle. Synergy was clearly our top choice. They listened carefully to assess our needs and tailored services accordingly. The caregiver they selected was a perfect match for my uncle. The team at Synergy communicated with us seamlessly and consistently exceeded our expectations.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver from Synergy did a fantastic job taking my mother to her grandson's wedding. The cv was responsible for bathing, dressing, fixing mom's hair & make-up, driving to & from the event, keeping mom calm during the wedding ceremony, socializing, and helping mom with dinner. I am a current client of this provider My family is extremely grateful for all of the help that the Synergy in-home caregiver has been able to provide. The company is professional and effective. The caregiver is reliable, kind, and hard working. We are so glad that we were able to find the help we needed from them!

I am a past client of this provider They could have been better at following through with their promises. They said they would train their caregiver, but they assigned a caregiver who has zero training or orientation, didn't even know the name of the client, and had never worked for the agency before. I only got 2 hours' notice that the caregiver was coming and I had to train her. They should improve the training of the caregivers.

Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to me as the owner of this company. In our weekly meetings we discuss each family we are working with and the Caregivers assigned. We make the best match possible and always introduce Caregivers in person. Illinois law requires that Caregivers have a minimum of eight hours of training upon hire and we train all new Caregiver in the orientation process prior to them starting a case. End of life cases are incredibly difficult for the family and also the Caregivers. I spoke with the team extensively regarding the service provided and got their feedback as well. I am a past client of this provider They needed to make sure they sent caregivers that were helpful. The caregivers didn't know what they were doing. They need to be trained.

I can assure you that we do extensive training with our Caregiver team as is required by the State of Illinois. Training is conducted in the office and at home if needed. I am a past client of this provider It was terrible service. They need better providers. They need to have higher-quality caregivers. When the caregiver was introduced to me as one of the best ones they had in our area. It wasn't a good representation of their best.
