I am a past client of this provider They needed to make sure they sent caregivers that were helpful. The caregivers didn't know what they were doing. They need to be trained.

I can assure you that we do extensive training with our Caregiver team as is required by the State of Illinois. Training is conducted in the office and at home if needed. I am a past client of this provider It was terrible service. They need better providers. They need to have higher-quality caregivers. When the caregiver was introduced to me as one of the best ones they had in our area. It wasn't a good representation of their best.

I am a past client of this provider We had to come home early because the caregiver gave up. They could have provided us a better caregiver. The manager visited and said that they sent their best caregiver.
