I am a past client of this provider It was something I looked forward to because I knew I would be improving when they came. They spurred me on. They were wonderful. They were caring.

I am a current client of this provider They bathe my relative, and they help him shower a few times a week. So far, all but one time, they have shown up when supposed to. They are dependable.

I am a current client of this provider They have helped me by giving me a peace of mind while I am working. If I have a question or problem, the people are really available, and I can talk with them.

I am a current client of this provider There are some things that they offer to do that could make my life easier, but my mom doesn't want to spend the extra money for it. I like that the employees that we have seen so far seem to care a lot.

I am a past client of this provider The people were all different, but over all everyone was very helpful. I liked all of the people. Steve was wheel chair bound, and most of the people had not seen a side board to help him in bed, and the caregivers were willing to learn.

I am a past client of this provider We had hospice and Synergy both. The Synergy aide was not well trained on how to use a bedpan, with placement and so forth. She should have had more training, in regards to helping the patient use a bedpan. There was some inconsistency with whether the aide could administer pre-dosed medication, or not. They went back and forth on whether they could or couldn't. They need a consistent, well-understood policy.

I am a current client of this provider They've been helping my wife because she can't walk. They've been helping with her exercises also. They have been real dependable. They've never let me down, and they do anything they say they are going to do.
