I am a current client of this provider There are some things that they offer to do that could make my life easier, but my mom doesn't want to spend the extra money for it. I like that the employees that we have seen so far seem to care a lot.

I am a past client of this provider The people were all different, but over all everyone was very helpful. I liked all of the people. Steve was wheel chair bound, and most of the people had not seen a side board to help him in bed, and the caregivers were willing to learn.

I am a past client of this provider We had hospice and Synergy both. The Synergy aide was not well trained on how to use a bedpan, with placement and so forth. She should have had more training, in regards to helping the patient use a bedpan. There was some inconsistency with whether the aide could administer pre-dosed medication, or not. They went back and forth on whether they could or couldn't. They need a consistent, well-understood policy.

I am a current client of this provider They've been helping my wife because she can't walk. They've been helping with her exercises also. They have been real dependable. They've never let me down, and they do anything they say they are going to do.

I am a past client of this provider The lady that they sent became part of our family, it made it easy having her all the time. I like the caregivers and the management they sent, they were all very professional.

I am a current client of this provider I needed help with fall prevention. They sent me two people with no education in fall prevention.

The caregiver and Care Manager that were sent on short notice to your home to provide assistance were both trained and experienced in caregiving including Fall Prevention Training. We apologize for whatever misunderstanding occurred during that visit.

I am a current client of this provider They are supposed to make the bed, clean the kitchen and bathroom. Only one of them does that. Tammy is excellent. They should listen to what I tell them when I call.

I am a past client of this provider The caregiver was argumentative, and at one point, was even physical with her. They wouldn't listen to her. They need to listen the clients. They didn't listen to my mother's comments and complaints.
