I am a current client of this provider If my mom says no the caregiver should find a way to make it happen regardless. I like that SYNERGY HomeCare are very responsive. We were able to move forward quickly with things I needed.

I am a past client of this provider It was just for such a short time. But maybe they could have had more experience dealing with people with my husbands issues. I really liked the manager who came out and talked to me. He was very nice and pleasant and professional. He did a good job pairing me up with a well suited person.

I am a past client of this provider They were there for me while I was visiting my child. The first night, there was one caregiver that spent more time with the employees of my hotel than with me. Other than that, the rest of the time I used them was fine.

I am a current client of this provider It's nice to have someone come in and keep me company. She is very pleasant. I would like for them to improve the caregiver's ability to clean. She could do a better job.

I am a past client of this provider They helped him with a couple of extra things that they did not need to. I liked that everyone was really personable, and they treated my husband extremely well. They were very gentle and very personable.

I am a current client of this provider Both the owner and caregiver are amazing; as we have been soooooooooooooooooooooo FORTUNATE to have Synergy come in to our lives and assist with our loved one. The owner truly listened to our needs and wants and came up with the BEST caregiver in the world for a patient who has memory issues, needs bathing assistance, needs to get to a grocery store and hair salon, etc...
