I am a current client of this provider It varies depending on the caregiver. There were two to three caregivers that I didn't like. Now that my loved one is in rehab, there are caregivers that we love. They are trying very hard to give us consistency of caregivers. It is hard to know who to communicate with. I am not sure what to always do. We are in long term care with my loved one.

I am a current client of this provider The people are good quality people. They are very responsive. I can call them late and they are able to find someone for me.

I am a current client of this provider My mother has age related dementia and assisted living is cost prohibitive. Synergy HomeCare of Rochester provides caring, professional and affordable in-home care. Our caregiver is compassionate and keeps me informed. An all around excellent company to do business with.

I am a past client of this provider They met and exceeded all of his needs. The nurses got along famously with Joe. She helped him more than her job description required and she would call him.

I am a past client of this provider They were fantastic. When other people would come, they would do for whatever we asked. They would even drive her or color her hair if she wanted. Everyone was very personable. Every single one of them was wonderful and they were very helpful.

I am a current client of this provider I occasionally travel for work, and I'm sometimes gone for several months. As I have no other family in the area I need someone to come by, and help care for my father. Synergy has proven to an excellent choice in helping my father with simple every day tasks, such as cooking dinner, cleaning dishes, light house cleaning, occasional shopping, taking the trash out, and just keeping him company.
