I am a past client of this provider They did their job. This was a one-time event, and the caregiver did not bring gloves. I was not told that the client was supposed to provide the gloves

I am a current client of this provider The first meeting that they met with my dad and me, the owner of synergy came with Mitch, and he said that's what he does with all clients. I was impressed that he takes the time with his clients and makes sure they find a good match. It was so helpful for him to have a break from taking care of my mom, and worry about her being alone, and for me too knowing.

I am a current client of this provider They know this, but I was there during the transition from binders in the home to all electronic for care notes. I personally think the care notes should be printed and left at the patient's home. That's not the case anymore, I just think it would be easier if printed and left at the home. They continue to focus on the items of where he needs help, and where he's not straying off the list too much.

I am a current client of this provider They have a hard time finding caregivers sometimes. It has a big impact when everything is good. I know they don't have enough caregivers, though, so they're in a tough position. It all depends on who comes.

I am a past client of this provider They were prompt, they did what they said they were going to do and more as well as very good customer service. They assisted with the daily tasks of meal prep, dressing, getting meds ready and bathing.

I am a current client of this provider They seem to follow through on their commitments. My primary reason for help is daily living and companionship as well as getting her out of the house.
