I am a current client of this provider SYNERGY has made our lives easier by providing the care that we need, and it gave the clients more consistency than we had before. SYNERGY HomeCare has been good for us. They are courteous, prompt, and willing to work with us.

I am a current client of this provider I look for compatibility with my mother and general competence. This agency should have a deeper pool of caregivers.

I am a current client of this provider I would like to see more coordination between caregivers and more personalized care. I would like to see the administration changed in regards to scheduling.

I am a past client of this provider They helped in every way that they could. The care that we ended up getting from the caregiver.

I am a past client of this provider There was a lot of things but just by showing up it was positive. When I did call them they would always answer the phone and call me back.

I am a current client of this provider They're all different. You can tell which ones are in it because they enjoy doing PCA work and some of them are in it just for the money. Some of them come in and know what is expected because they have been here several times. They don't need to be reminded. I don't know if some have a lack of motivation that are terrible. Right now, it appears that they have more clients than caregivers. They're not able to fill the spots for clients.

I am a current client of this provider They made the experience positive by doing what I asked them to. I like SYNERGY because they've always sent me quality caregivers.
