I am a current client of this provider I love my caregiver now, but it took about two years to get the right person They need to have some better qualified caregivers; especially on the weekends.

I am a current client of this provider They have helped care for the client. The different amount of caregivers coming in makes it difficult.

I am a past client of this provider The agency helped the most by wrapping her leg up. I like that they always made sure someone was available.

I am a past client of this provider They would take care of him since he couldn't walk. I liked the schedulers. They tried so hard to get me people.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver from SYNERGY is very thorough in providing care for my husband with love, patience and humor and it makes me feel comfortable to leave and go out to do things, while the caregiver is here. From the very beginning, I had a meeting with Mitch and he did such an amazing job at going over everything with me and it made me feel like that is where I wanted my husband's care to come from.

I am a past client of this provider I was exhausted all the time so just helping with things here and there helped me a lot. I like that they did a good job and were nice.

I am a current client of this provider What they do is hugely important to us. When they do it right, it is wonderful, when they do it wrong, it is awful. I would like them to have consistency in caregivers. Weekends are unreliable.
