I am a current client of this provider My Synergy Home Care provider has given me my life back. As my father needed more and more assistance, I knew I needed help. I had no idea how wonderful it would be to work with Synergy! They have met every need as it has arisen, with quick response, excellent care, and really quality people. I would recommend them to anyone looking at in home care. These are great people! My father has never been happier or better cared for.
I am a past client of this provider Whoever is going to hire them really needs to do their homework in terms of the caretakers. They need to make sure that SYNERGY sends them the right qualified people. They also need to get out of the handwritten age and start using Teams or some sort of automated process to be able to keep everyone up-to-date. I am a past client of this provider I don't know, probably the companionship is what helped me the most. I would like them just to be consistent in picking someone, getting someone to help.

We're happy to staff short shiftsfor our clients but there is a little give and take when the shifts are shorter. I appreciate your underwtanding of that.
I am a current client of this provider I have many needs and I feel abandoned. The blame has been shifted to me. They could have done everything I listed above, including sending adequately trained people. They have sent me caregivers who are terrified of dogs and I own a dog. I've had caregivers want to come and sit and collect the pay. When I was finally assigned a good caregiver, she was reassigned to another position. I am a current client of this provider They have been here for 2 months, and I am still doing what they should be doing. The younger people that they send into the home have no skills, and they still need training.

I am a past client of this provider She did not like having someone in her home because she did not need it and maybe the people at her house were not a good match for her. I would say that meeting with the company was the most impressive part of the experience.

Other We were told no problem with care givers weekday mornings, most weeks we are on the schedule for one day. On rare occasions, 3-5 days are covered. The excuse:not enough employees. Aides leave early, would not do light work if it doesn't directly involve patient. Paperwork has been lost, cannot get insurance reimbursement without it. Months have passed. Not a good experience. Very unprofessional. Unreliable.
