I am a current client of this provider We really needed someone to come in and help my father with bathing. His condition has progressed, which means that he can't do some things for himself. When my mother or other family members would help him, he would be put off, but they have been very professional and helpful about everything. They are very friendly and they gave more information than any of the other home health care agencies that we interviewed.

Making the decision for help in the home is a difficult one and creates a lot of initial stress. As in-home care becomes more regular, we find that clients are more relaxed and look forward to our visits!
I am a current client of this provider I feel confident that she is being taken care of. I don't have to worry. They could have more communication because I don't really know what goes on at SYNERGY HomeCare. I like the fact that they try to give me the same caregiver everyday. That helps my mom.

I am a past client of this provider They helped her by just taking really good care of her by feeding her and keeping her comfortable. I like that they worked very hard to provide consistency by sending the same caregiver every time.

Shirley, Thank you for making the point about how reliable our team is. We monitor and make sure that caregivers are at their shift within 5 mins of the start time. If they do not check in from the house, we are immediately notified and contact the caregiver to find out what is going on. Summer is traffic season, winter is winter season (snow) and so we work to make sure they have ample time from one client to the next for these conditions. Brian
I am a current client of this provider It has helped me out a lot. She doesn't wait for me to tell her what to do and that means a lot to me. I had a woman here that I was scared of. I had the company get rid of her and I need to know if she got fired or not. But, I have good caregiver now.
