I am a past client of this provider The services made a huge impact. The agency made it a positive experience because I was in such a nightmare situation in an assisted living. My dad was being neglected and abused. I was in a bad spot. We got in touch with Brian, he escalated everything, and I was able to bring him home. It was pretty dire. I liked that SYNERGY had a communication that was very good between the office and us.

I am a current client of this provider They do everything, they come in and do what's needed. They made a care plan for Jack. We do have the same nurse and they work with me with scheduling.
