I am a past client of this provider They come to my apartment to get the money and I call them to see how I am. Everybody is nice and the caregivers show up on time.

I am a current client of this provider The impact is positive. With the people they sent, it's been good except for one, which we dealt with. I think they've tried to do everything she's required. Maybe the problems that are encountered with any home care services is not necessarily with the caregivers themselves because I think they've sent good caregivers, but it's very difficult to deal with the person that they're caring for. I am a current client of this provider They are indispensable. We live eight states away from my mom, so they make life much easier. They could improve their communication. Sometimes we wish that we heard more about what is going on with the aide's hours. We have requested multiple times that we be told what the aides are logging for hours, and they have never once given that to us. They say what the charges are due to, but we want the hours and they don't want to give that to us, apparently.

I am a current client of this provider It's nice to have them here because I'm not able to take care of my wife like I used to. They treat my wife nicely, are on time, and do a little extra work even though they don't have to.

I am a current client of this provider We chose Synergy HomeCare because I had gone through many agencies and they were the most accommodating to me when I spoke with them on the phone. My husband has an aide three times a week. They start with a nurse in the beginning and then six months after, the nurse comes back and rechecks him. The caregiver is wonderful and the best I've ever had. I've been doing this for eight months. Scheduling and billing are fantastic. I highly recommend them.
