I am a current client of this provider The office is very responsive. Nothing goes as perfectly and smoothly as we would like, but the office has been very responsive in addressing any issues that I have had. The caregivers that I have right now are attentive, caring, responsive, and they will call me if they need to discuss anything with me.

I am a current client of this provider They are very open and they communicate with me about the patient. They try to accommodate you as best as they can and they are all around. Without them my mother could not do anything. They cook for her, change her, move her from place to place, walk her around the apartment and get her cleaned up.

I am a past client of this provider Synergy Homecare was excellent. The lady who attended to my father was very good. I would love to have her back if I could afford it. She fed my father three meals a day, bathed him, and made sure he was clean. I could never complain; they were very good.

I am a current client of this provider When my father started faltering from Alzheimer's it was fast. I had to quickly figure out next steps. I found Synergy on a home care website. It had many good reviews. I called and asked about Spanish speaking caregivers. I was put through to Marcelo who explained everything Synergy offered. I am a past client of this provider My husband, Chad, has used Synergy when he travels to NYC. Synergy is one of the best companies to work with regarding his home-health needs. They have always been able to help him out even on short notice. They are great to work with in scheduling. I have heard nothing but good regarding any service they have provided Chad. When we travel to a new location, we always look for Synergy first. They have been great to work with!

I am a past client of this provider I was very unsatisfied with the aides. I didn't trust them so I would rather not deal with anybody. A lot of the aides don't particularly care, they are more interested in the pay rather than the patient. That makes me not want to deal with the agency. Many of them are thieves.
