I am a current client of this provider Having the services gives me peace of mind, he is very close to his caregiver. The office/administration don't communicate very well, they don't call us if the caregiver isn't coming. I am happy with the agency itself.

I am a current client of this provider If anything, the service gives my mom more stress. The agency should improve upon the health aide reliability.

I am a past client of this provider They could have had people come out each week. I don't think I would use them again.

I am a past client of this provider It's a shame because I really thought this was the answer for me because I really needed help. It was really disappointing. It was frustrating listening to the people that came here to help me out and them not being satisfied either because they were sending them out to places beyond their area. It's like they weren't listening to their employees.

I am a past client of this provider The caregivers would not do what I asked. I had a camera and they would just sit and watch TV. I would want them to improve on making sure that the caregivers actually do the things on the checklist and have a good background check.

I am a current client of this provider If they are here, the impact is good. I have got two good caregivers. And there are two that are not good. They need to have a backup plan, so if one caregiver is sick, so they can have someone else available. If I am out of time and they don't send anyone here, she has to stay upstairs by herself, she can't get anything to drink or food. She would be stuck upstairs with nothing to eat or drink.
